The hotel is really great and absolutely recommended. But you have to be aware that there is nothing outside of the resort apart from a small supermarket and a restaurant. However, you can reach Heraklion in 30 minutes by bus. Service and food were great except for the alcoholic drinks, which unfortunately were only national. We particularly liked the a la carte restaurant. Very nice atmosphere, great food! Included once per one week stay.

We stayed at the hotel as a married couple from October 28th, 2023 to November 5th, 2023 and I also spent my 60th birthday there. All in all it was just a dream. The hotel management (Alexandra and Fei) and all other employees are simply great. The food was excellent. The facility and the rooms are simply amazing. We'll definitely be back next year. We came to stay for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful stay. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and very accommodating to allergens. One of the wait staff even noticed I had accidentally taken some items that they did not believe were gluten free and a member of kitchen staff and the manager were immediately notified and came to check with me to make sure I didn’t eat anything that I couldn’t. The kitchen team even cooked up gluten free food specially on a couple of evenings and ordered in gluten free breads and desserts. We’d really recommend the hotel to anyone. It’s a lovely location, beautifully styled and the atmosphere is great. It isn’t a huge hotel which definitely helps with the atmosphere. The staff are all so friendly and there are also really cute cats who have made the hotel their home which is also really nice!

Beautiful, clean and welcoming hotel. The staff are incredible and do everything in their power to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The food was incredible in both the buffet and the beach restaurant. Beautiful drinks and atmosphere. We will definitely be back next year we loved every second of it and we were sad to leave!

A fantastic hotel, there is absolutely nothing to criticize here. From the friendliness of the staff, the excellent food to the cleanliness of the entire facility, everything was absolutely perfect. Keep it up!
